Terms and Conditions

This page states the terms and conditions under which ifyouplease.co.uk operates.  Any use of this website means that you are in agreement of our terms and conditions. The company may change these at any stage by posting such changes on the site. Your continued use of the site following these changes means you shall be legally bound by the new terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Customer information

1.1. You (the customer) are responsible for checking that all personal information disclosed to If You Please is true and correct.

1.2. As a customer, you are responsible for the maintenance of your own user name and password.  Please store these details securely. If you suspect this information has become known to a third party, please contact us immediately.

2. Privacy

If You Please takes your privacy very seriously. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

3. Placing an order

3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If You Please offers products that are in stock and available for dispatch as well as products that are specially made to order. If an item is made to order it’s dispatch and delivery details will be listed within that item’s delivery information.

3.2. Occasionally we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers, which could result in a short delay in your item being dispatched. We will do our best to contact you and keep you updated should this problem arise.

3.3. We reserve the right to delay or refuse an order where incomplete details have been given during the transaction or where fraud is suspected.

If we are unable to ascertain these details or resolve these issues, a full refund will be given against the card used at the time of the purchase. We are unable to refund to any other card or offer credit.

3.5. We reserve the right to refuse an order where a pricing or product description error has been made.

3.6. Once your order has been confirmed with If You Please, you will receive an order confirmation email stating the details of your purchase.  Occasionally, our email will hit your spam filter or be forwarded to your junk mail. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.

4. Order Cancellation

Under the Distance Selling Rules you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of order receiving your goods. Please contact us if you wish to do so.  Details of our returns policy can be found here.

5. Pricing

All of our displayed prices are inclusive of UK tax. We do not allow customers to pay overseas tax rates when shopping at If You Please.

Please note overseas customers are responsible for paying any customs taxes or duties incurred within the country, which the item has been sent to.

6. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit card payments. You can also pay via your Paypal account or via PayPal without an account, using your credit card.

We use the payment service Sage Pay to process customer’s payments. Sage Pay is a reliable and secure service. For more information on Sage Pay, click here.

7. Delivery and Returns

7.1. Any freepost item returned to us for a refund will have our standard UK postage charge of £3.95 deducted from the refunded amount.

UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. As some of our items are made to order, next day delivery is not available. Please contact us via email if you would like us to send your item by express post. The relevant charges will apply.

All packages being sent outside the UK are sent using traceable post.

7.2. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will offer a full refund or exchange, provided the goods are in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, re-saleable and with all tags and labels intact. N.B. Miss Crofton does not accept returns on knickers, shorts or bodysuits.

We do not accept returns on hosiery if the packaging has been opened. We do not accept returns on nipple tassels or pasties.

Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

8. Gift Wrapping

All of our products are neatly gift wrapped in tissue paper and finished with ribbon. In stock items above the value of £50 are gift boxed free of charge. We then place your order in a plain, unmarked, outer box to allow discretion on arrival of your item. You can find more information on our specialist gift-wrapping here.

Some items are sent directly from their designer. In these instances If You Please is not responsible for the packaging that the items are sent in. Each of our designers are asked o be discreet with their outer packaging and to gift-wrap their items wherever possible.

9. Content

With the exception of If You Please’s own designs, all garment content information and product sizes have been provided by the supplier of the item.

All product descriptions and photographs contained on our site are issued only as a guide to the product’s appearance and colour. We do our best to describe items correctly and efficiently.

10. Voucher Codes

A voucher code entitles you, at the time of ordering, to receive a saving on your next order with ifyouplease.co.uk. Details of the saving will be included on the voucher code email.

 
The following terms apply when using a voucher code at If You Please:

 
    * Ifyouplease.co.uk reserves the right to refuse redemption of Voucher Codes that have not been issued by an authorised agent of ifyouplease.co.uk
    * Voucher Codes cannot be used with sale items or any other promotion.
    * Voucher Codes are only valid for 30 days unless specified.
    * Only one voucher code can be used per order.
    * Each voucher code can only be used once unless specified.
    * Voucher Codes are redeemable only against the value of goods purchased. They may not be redeemed against gift vouchers or additional services such as delivery charges or gift boxes.
    * In promotions where there is a free or half price item when purchasing multiple items, please note that the voucher code discount will be applied to the cheapest item.
    * Voucher Codes have a cash value of £0.001 and are not transferable.


11. Intellectual Property Rights

The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by ifyouplease.co.uk. Copyright and other intellectual property rights protect them. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.
