In stock items are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
Made-to-order garments have specified delivery times in the ‘delivery’ section of their description.
Occasionally we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers, which could result in a short delay in your item being dispatched. We will do our best to contact you and keep you updated should this problem arise.
Customers ordering from outside the UK will be responsible for any customs duties or tariffs added within the country to which the item has been sent.
If You Please can’t be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial action or disputes, which are outside our control. If such disruption occurs, you will be offered alternative methods of delivery or a full refund.
Returns
We’d like you to be as happy as possible with the items you purchase.
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, If You Please will offer a full refund or exchange of goods, provided that they are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and re-saleable with all labels and tags intact. Items must be returned to us within 28 days

Time frame
If you’d like to return or exchange your goods, please contact us by email, post or telephone within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 28 days of the customer receiving them. As all items are sent by traceable post, a record of dates on which items are received is kept.
Refunds and exchanges are usually processed with a few days of receipt of the returned item. Please allow one week for the item to be checked and a replacement to be dispatched.
Ts and Cs
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we must be totally satisfied that the item has not been worn or washed before we offer a refund or exchange.
Please try on knickers, thongs, bodies and girdles over your own underwear.
Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. If we're not entirely satisfied with the condition of a returned item, If You Please reserves the right to deduct 10% from the purchase price at point of refund.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on hosiery once the packaging has been opened.
We are also unable to exchange or return nipple pasties and nipple tassels.
We can only send refunds to the credit card or Paypal account, which originally made the purchase. No refunds can be made to any third party.
The cost of your item/items will be refunded minus the original postage costs. Freepost items will have the standard postage cost of £3.95 deducted from the refundable amount.
Made to order items
Miss Crofton:
Miss Crofton's lingerie is hand made to order and takes an additional 3 days to arrive. Returns of bras and camisoles may be accepted on the above terms.
Corsets:
All of our corsets are of exquisite quality and are specially made-to-order. They are therefore non-returnable.
If you find a significant fault with your corset, please get in touch and we will do our best to organise an exchange via our corset manufacturer. As corsets can take up to four weeks to be made, please allow up to 8 weeks for an exchange.
Overseas Customers
Please return any items as soon as you can, using tracked, traceable post. Please ensure you mark your package ‘returned goods’ in order to avoid any customs delays. In the unlikely event that your item gets lost in transit, provided you have proof of shipping, we will still offer you a refund.
Faulty Goods
All of our garments are of excellent quality and are individually checked before being dispatched.
In the unlikely event that you spot a fault with one of our garments, please follow the return instructions above and we will exchange or return the item and refund your return postage. Please include a postage receipt in your returned package.
How to return an item
Please download a return form from here or from our homepage, and post your item and your completed form back to us via first class recorded delivery. If you are an international customer, please post your item via trackable airmail. Please obtain a postage certificate when returning your goods, we can’t accept any responsibility for loss of goods in the post.
The customer is responsible for paying any return postage charges when an item is being exchanged or returned.
If you no longer have your return form, you can send the item back to the address below. Please include your order number, full name, address and telephone number and clearly state whether you would like an exchange or refund. If you would like an exchange, please give the name, size and item number of the item you would like.
