The Laurie corset features a saucily dipped sweetheart neckline, shaped cups and gored hips for a perfectly wasp-waisted silhouette. The design, by What Katie Did, is made extra special by the addition of an extravagantly pleated frill adorning the top and bottom, and a cheeky little bow nestling between the cups. The cut of this corset is suitable for a variety of shapes: small busted ladies will find the shaped cups uplifting, but those with larger breasts will find them supportive and non-restrictive. The scarlet satin and luxe detail makes the Showgirl Laurie a truly exceptional corset, suitable for burlesque sirens and red-blooded temptresses alike. Designed to fit A-E cups, this corset has 6 loops to which you can attach suspenders if required. Detachable suspenders can be found here. Each corset is made by one corsetier from start to finish. These corsets are designed to work hard and reduce your waist by up to 4 inches. Please deduct 3 to 4 inches from your normal waist measurement to work out your corset size: a natural waist of 28 inches will give a corset size of 24 inches, whilst a natural waist size of 29 inches will give a corset size of 26 inches. Designed to suit most body shapes. Laurie is designed to fit an A to E cup. What Katie Did corsets are made up of several layers: base fabric: 100% cotton twill, 100% cotton lining fabric, an internal waist stay and the face (or fashion) fabric. A combination of spiral and flat steel boning is used. Two piece grommets and washers are used at the back, placed between boning, whilst all of our corsets feature a steel busk at the front. Specialist dry clean only.
